Guidance Change - Returns Products

I. Check change delivery conditions:

Please make sure that you request the change (return) satisfies the conditions of delivery of Global Change at constant returned goods policy.

Some mandatory conditions:

Products not on the list of limited return window
No later than 30 days after receipt of goods,
No signs of used, packaging intact, complete accessories, stamps or warranty card accompanying the gift (if any).
II. The steps are changed - return:

Step 1: Register

Global Contact via hotline 0975 632 584 or visit the "Request" and provide details about the error, including:

Order number
Product's name
Error Product (detailed description and accompanying photographs if available)
The need for support: exchange / return / warranty
Step 2: Get a confirmation message registered return / exchange successful and email packing instructions.

Upon request return / exchange / warranty is accepted, Global will send you an e-mail message and instructions are included free shipping code of Global Partner through the Post Office delivery.

Step 3: Packing and bring products to Post Offices

Packing and bring products to the post office close to home, you can refer to the postal network throughout the country at: http://www.vnpost.vn/POLocation.aspx

Step 4: Send the product on Toan Cau

Please send the product by US mail to Global within 3 working days after notification to the Customer Care department and include:

Bill of sale or attach sticky notes with an order code
Invoice value added (if available)
Accessories accompanying promotional products and gifts enclosed (if applicable)
Some note the consignor to the post office:

Packaging, dunnage product as the original, but the surface is not sealed bins before completing the process of shipment to be able to check mail before receiving goods from customers.
